On a daily basis I complete spreadsheets ( Data, numbers, Values), I also interact with other colleagues in the Business to chase, get updates and on progress. Externally we contact customers about their progress on work to be completed. Lastly, my responsibilities are to keep track of data, upload updates etc.
Yes , I have developed organisational skills, planning skills and Professionalism.
I enjoy the programme because we get to experience different departments of the business which enables me to broaden my networking and knowledge of what BAE has to offer.
It is a well organised scheme, as we have certain college days, trips and certain days put in place throughout the induction and apprentice period to help us see through the successes of our career.
BAE is a very supportive company and all staff members are welcoming and happy to help.
