I raise POs and manage them, take care of payroll, quicks, updating weekly files, raising invoices, assisting my manager whenever she needs my assistance.
Definitely, I developed my communication skills a lot. I developed a passion for Excel and my skills in that area improved drastically. All day-to-day responsibilities are teaching me something new almost each day.
It depends, but quite a lot. There are some ups and downs as in everyday life.
Not sure if this question is more for my learning provider or the employer, as for the learning provider - I feel like it could be much better.
Depends, I had 3 different managers already. Lately, I feel I received a lot of support.
I feel like the support is much better than when I first started.
Definitely, it is great to have some knowledge and than learn through experience.
There are, unfortunately with the responsibilities I have now, I am finding it difficult to find any time to do them.
Yes
I think DHL is a great place to work, once you settle down and find people you can count on and ask advise, cause you will need support of others.
Network, take any opportunity that comes your way too, try to build relationships with others.
