  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured. I walk to the office 5 days a week for 6-7 weeks and then attend college for one week, and this structure rotates. In terms of being set work, I am constantly asked if I am happy with the amount of work I have been set and am advised to let my manager know if I am feeling overwhelmed etc.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from PwC and specifically my managers through a variety of ways. Firstly, in terms of joining this programme, I did have a lack of knowledge of the different concepts within cybersecurity regarding maturity assessments etc but PwC payed for any training/courses that I needed to get a much deeper understanding of the topics, which is really useful. Furthermore, there are teams at PwC who are there to support us with any issues regarding mental health etc.
