Using data and programming to complete projects that are tracked in JIRA, working daily with stakeholders making sure that I am working to their standard. Currently responsible for a Machine Learning Project that will be started to help predict sales from a dataset
I have learnt how to code in multiple languages, to a basic standard, Communication with stakeholders 1 on 1 has improved since the start of my apprenticeship.
I do enjoy the apprenticeships , it is challenging at times with the work given but have a good amount of support to help get through it
In terms of structure I believe 80/20 is a little tough to keep on track with the University side of the course, We're expected to have a full time job with multiple projects and complete assignments by deadlines
I have a great line manager who is super supportive and always willing to lend a hand when needed, There are also a lot of great employees who are specialised who love to share their experiences to help
The Learning mentors are really helpful to allow me to get the best support
Some of the training is relevant and really helps when it comes to applying it into work projects where some dont meet my role in Unilever which is expected
Yes there are a load of activities that I can take part in within my team and in the wider teams that I can take part in

A great company to work for, they will look after you and give guidance to work to your best ability. Never had an issue when it comes to the employees and can always ask for help.
Make sure you have a purpose that you are working towards, stride to be better and they'll see the effort you are making. Unilever love passionate employees who are interested in the work they do.
