In the early stages I researched about my job role, and familiarised myself with the various policies of the companies as well as filling out necessary surveys, though not that exciting it was necessary. Now I aid in creating reports regarding to my business sector and have dabbled in some of the coding aspects.
I have developed many new programming skills over the training, I have learnt a variety of languages from java to pl/sql as well as attending self-improvement courses alongside teambuilding. It has been great fun and I have met some great people and had some great experiences, overall very knowledgable training.
I think it is great, I work with nice people who are always willing to help me. I receive a lot of support from the training provider when I need it and have constant reviews to see how I'm doing.
I feel very valued, I am constantly being contacted and being asked how I am getting along with my course, many people have offered help should I need it. A lot of people seem very interested in the programme so are constantly in contact making me feel valued.
The organisation could be better as there have been a few times when I haven't been sure where to go or what to do, however this has only been for a short period. The overall structure is very good as we have reasonable amounts of time between exams and a lot of resources to use in order to help us.
We receive a lot of support as we have constant reviews so if we are falling behind we will be able to tell someone, who will then sort us out with the necessary suppport. We are also in constant contact through e-mail so can voice any concerns via that, so the support is great.
The employer is very supportive, managers are constantly asking how I am doing and offering help. They allow for me to have study leave each month as well as go on training sessions.
The salary is more than enough for my needs and I have a lot of disposable income each month, which is nice. The company pays all expenses so there is nothing to worry about there.
Outside of work there are various social events that people arrange via e-mail which everyone is invited to, it is a good way to meet people from the office outside of work, also many charity events take place as well as other sports and social events so there is a lot of fun to be had out of work too!
Yes
A great company who sponsors you to get qualifications with a lot of support all the way. Geniunely nice and caring employees who take itnerest in everything you do and won't hesitate to help.
Even though there is a lot of support and time to do work you must be hard working and be willing to be a team player, other than that just relax and enjoy yourself.
