Care Liaison Advisor - Supporting hospital discharge
I have developed existing skills but also developed loads of new skills that will be useful when i am in another role.
I have absolutely loved this programme, I have learnt so many things and the experience gave me an opportunity to progress into a secondment position where i gained more of an understanding of the requirements and experience to complete units.
Brilliant, my NVQ assessor was so supportive
Unfortunately the organisation did let me down a little, this was due to the lack of communication and not understanding the requirements of the contract. I wasn't always given protected time to study.
Couldn't fault the support from the training provider.
Having the skills and knowledge to become a great leader.
Possibly, yes, but due to my current role, these aren't applicable to me.
No
The organisation isn't what it used to be, its driven by targets and figures alone and the wellbeing of staff isn't considered, High work loads and understaffed.
Know your rights and don't be afraid to speak up. Don't apply if looking for progression opportunities.
