I’m a floor manager so I make sure that all crew know what they are doing and that they are following the correct procedures. Cash handling is part of my role & making sure the right food safety / health & safety procedures are in place.
I have learnt lots of managerial skills, health & safety skills, food safety skills. Cash handling, working as a team and as an individual. I can now work well under pressure.
I’m just at the beginning of my apprenticeship but I am really enjoying being back in education.
