As shift manager, I make plans, cash handle, run the store to golden standard to produce great customer service and enjoyable moments for families.
It helped me with a lot of my learning inside and outside of work.
it was great to learn again, it was a while ago when I did mine so it looks like it has evolved a lot since then.
It was well organised at the time, but the organisation is a lot more set out now and looks great watching people learn.

Take time to ensure you learn everything you can and take the time you are given to the maximum and ensure you get as much information for your own knowledge.
