Happy so far, it was a slow start and I wasn’t informed who my coach was when I started. I was left with questions, but wasn’t sure who to ask.
I have, I’m only new into my apprenticeship but already feeling more connected to my current role.
I do enjoy it, I like to build on information I have to improve and I feel like I am already doing this with my apprenticeship.
The programme is structured well however can be quite slow at signing work off from lifetime's side. I’ve had to request my work be signed off a few times via message as it was showing 7 days past when I had completed it. Once messaged it was quickly fixed.
I’m only a month in, but they joined in on my first meeting and allow for my 6 hours off the floor training each week. They were excited for me to complete the apprenticeship and held a meeting with me to ensure I was comfortable with it.
Up to now. I feel we have been supported well during this first assignment.
I agree it does help me to build on my performance and knowledge.
Yes there is. I am actually attending an immersion session for networking this Friday!
Yes
I have been working there 16 years and have been supported very well and it was so flexible. My husband and 2 younger sisters currently work at McDonald’s.
The job is hard work, don’t believe the stigma attached to it. It’s more than ‘flipping burgers’ but as well as the hard work the rewards that come from it are incredible. Build on skills for life and make friends that are like a second family.
