My role on a day-to-day basis can vary depending on the current work we have been given by the clients, however at the moment I have been working within our drainage team where we find drainage solutions to current assets we are managing.
I have learned many new skills and gained great knowledge especially in the modelling aspect of my role where I have learned how to use new software's and develop my knowledge within the industry.
I extremely enjoy my programme it has been great for my personal and career development, everyday there is something new so it keeps me occupied.
my programme is very organised and structured, we have regular progress meetings and plan ahead for the future.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and if I ever require more support there are open channels of communication where I can ask for any extra support.
My training provider give me plenty of support when working towards my qualifications and the offer of extra support is always available.
I believe that my qualification helps me perform better in my role by helping me gain a developed understanding of the industry that is separate from my day-to-day role.
Yes I play within the football sports teams where we get together and have a football match with each other. We also have many professional networking events.
Yes
Because they are a very experienced company within the industry, but they also care for their staff and create a great working environment. Their future projects show that they are going to be at the forefront of the industry moving forward for many years.
