to plan resource and report on live and training numbers vs target for self employed drivers. I also manage a team of 4 advisors and their workloads plus regular 121s, call evaluations and team meetings
Yes, I've learnt more about leadership style, as well as my teams individual learning and communication styles. I've been able to implement and try out new things on the team too from what i've learnt in my course or what others on my course do with their team
I really enjoy this programme. I've never been academic and have always struggled with things like this. However, this is really pushing me and I can see the changes in myself and my confidence. I enjoy writing my case studies and find the cohort classes really engaging.
I would say that it is pretty well organised/structured. I understand what i have to do and the deadlines. There is an element of flexibility as well as sometimes my work schedule doesn't allow for hours of course time some weeks.
I receive a lot of support from my manager and leadership team. I'm able to ask anyone for support or guidance and a number of people have helped me with case studies when i don't have access to certain information or experience with a particular area.
I receive support from my tutor during our monthly catch up's and i know i can ring/email her at any time.
This has helped me perform much better in my role. I'm pushed out of my comfort zone but in a good way. It's giving me so many skills and making me a better person in general
I'm part of the engagement team, which is a small group of people in different departments and we organise various activities throughout the year for people to get involved with
