Project management as part of the project team. Writing and answering emails, attending meetings.

So far, not really. It's a little hard to communicate with my tutor. I do enjoy how well planned the workshops are.

The culture is amazing and everyone is lovely. The goals of what the company stands for is also very important.
Remember, NorseCare is about enhancing care for the care home residents, they are always the most important. Compassion and empathy are the key, don't forget that.
