Diagnosing procedures which can be improved, co-ordinating a solution, implementing and embedding the solution, reviewing the process.
I have learnt skills permeant to project management which I would not have gotten the opportunity to learn elsewhere
company, colleagues, and benefits are excellent, but more on the job training would be nice.
Qualification is well organised and structured, but traineeship itself often feels like any other full time job with no additional input
The required support is always there, it just often requires a lot of digging to get to. All learning is very independent.

Qualification is relevant to a lot of the day to day administrative tasks I do within my role and has given me the skills to improve processes.
Massively so, networks for anything from members of the lgbtq community to armed forces veterans and reservists. Regular networking events are run coving a variety of activities and a wide group of people.
