I am a shift manager. I supervise my shifts and the staff to make sure customers are getting a good experience.
I have learnt skills that have helped me like profit and loss and have learnt more about leading a team.
The programme is good and very informative, I just struggling with having to swap mentors often.
It's really structured well.
My employer/ business manager has given me so much support it's been lovely.
They have given me loads of support.
I have more tools and understanding to do my job and I look at things in a different way.
Not really, but you make friends and you do spend time with the people outside of work.
Yes
