  • I have learnt how to develop and use my communication skills effectively.

  • I enjoy the workshops we do and being set work with to get on and do by myself. Then catching up with my tutor at the end of the month.

  • Well structured meetings once a month and being set work to do by a deadline.

  • I receive lots of help and resources from my employer.

  • I receive support by always being able to email and get a good response. Get good help during monthly sessions too.

  • Wear sun cream in the summer! Make sure you love an outdoors job and are prepared for all weather.
