Yes I have developed several skills since starting my role which is the main focus of an early careers employee at Tarmac.
As an apprentice, taking part in the early careers programme I receive a lot of support and dedicated events to help us improve our skills such as soft skills - communication, presenting.
The programme is structured well, I haven't yet joined my cohort but the induction events was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other early careers employees.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer.

My qualification helps me understand my role and the tasks that I encounter at work and I look forward to connecting the two so I have real like context in the units I am studying.
There are several extra curricular activities at work that is shared on our internal network and are always reminded about by internal emails too!
