  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My job role is customer support for Sage 50 Payroll. On a day to day basis I will answer inbound calls from our wide range of small and medium businesses who has queries or issues with their payroll. This can be based on legislation or how the program works, any error messages they may get and any questions they have on what the program can offer. I either speak to customers on the phone or via email and work to resolve all issues and queries on our Payroll software.
