As a learning coach I support and help my learners with their own apprenticeship. Keep them motivated and on track with their plan. Build resilience, help them set smart goals. I also, look at their work give them constructive feedback and prepare them for the EPA.
I have learned about skills I did not know I had. Supporting skills have improved immensely, as well as my organizational and timekeeping skills. I have developed motivational skills and resilience.
I really enjoy it. I am learning so much on coaching and assessing. It is giving me the opportunity to extend my life skills knowledge and possibility to grow not only in the workplace but in life.
I am happy with the structure of it. It can be challenging at times to keep up with it alongside the workload. But the way it is build is clear and easy to follow. It embeds a mixture of teaching methods within the platform to accommodate different learning styles.
My manager is really supportive and helps if I need any. She will also encourage me to have some allocated time towards it for me to stay on track.
My Coach is really supportive and helps when I fall behind or struggle with my learning. She also challenges me to reflect on what I have accomplished and need to improve as well as helping me setting smart and realistic goals.
Massively, it give me the knowledge I might be lacking on and challenges me to stay always up to date and reflect on my performance to see things I need to improve on.
