Risk Manager providing guidance and challenge to Product Managers to ensure products provide fair value.
I have learnt a lot of new technical skills and have also developed my existing managerial skills to think more like a leader.
I am really enjoying the programme - I have met a lot of new people and have developed a great support network as we progress through the programme together.
It is very well structured. Workshop dates are provided well in advance so that work and family life can be managed around them. Assignment due dates are also given out with lots of notice.
I receive a significant amount of support from my employer. Time is given for workshops and my line manager provides feedback on all of my assignments to help with my progress.
A large amount of support is given by my training provider. All of the lecturers have provided additional resources and where required have been more than willing to have 1:1 sessions to support development.
All of the learning so far I have been able to put into practice and also share with my team colleagues so that we can all benefit from the learning.
Additional activities are provided by the university including careers support and extracurricular wellbeing sessions.
Yes
The learning and development support is fantastic as I would never have been able to access this depth of learning by myself.
