Yes many, time management. The course also gave me additional insight to both sides of the business in terms of commercial and people which aided my day to day work pattern. Helped me develop organisation skills, time management skills, and further development in academic skills. My tutor was very supportive throughout the programme, offering support.
I enjoyed the programme we was set weekly take and had one major assessment at the end which was okay. Throughout the programme, I had 3 tutors or teachers and the programme was extended due to Covid, however still passed with three distinctions which was a positive outcome.
Fairly organised. We were sat weekly assignments and the tutor would follow up with us weekly to monitor and evaluate our progress and work towards the end of year assessment. However, due to Covid, time frames were extended and tutors were changed.
A lot of support. My tutor was available one hour a week and any ongoing support was given, the tutor would come to the restaurant and have a one on one meeting with me weekly to address any emerging educational needs for the programme and monitor my work for the previous weeks.
Lots of support, the tutor and I did mock and practice exams prior to the NDA exam and gave me additional ongoing support throughout the course to help me prepare for the endpoint assessment which I found very beneficial to help me achieve the best possible outcome. I was also supported through the portal.
The skills of mileage I have obtained through the programme have allowed to better understand the business from more aspects of the points of view, which have therefore enriched me with new knowledge and skills to use on my day-to-day activities and teach others many topics relating to the industry and customers. We explored in much detail which is greatly helped me.
