My role is learning how to cover many faults which would be applicable in the plant once the apprenticeship is over, so I am covering all rotations around the plant while learning skills with machinery and physical work.

We have a good system of order and a stable structure.

We receive much support from our employer if any problems are encountered.

Yes, we have social and sports activities at work, including charity schemes and also out of work sessions.
