I highly enjoy this, there are days where you will not enjoy it.
It is highly organised and structured, the training is flexible in the job and you can progress at any given time.
We receive a lot of support from our employees, we have rewards for the work we do, training, employees of the month, quarter and employees of the region, nation or employee of the year.
We receive training at any time to help us progress to promotions and different levels within the workplace.
My qualification is Customer Service so this fits perfectly within the workplace as it is fast food and based all around the customers.
