Manage a team of Reablement staff who support clients who are discharged from hospital, providing support with daily living tasks, empowering people to a good level of independence.
I’ve learnt lots of new skills, the courses has provided me with additional skills to mentor staff, create innovative ideas and manage daily workloads.
I enjoyed finishing and achieving the qualification. I didn’t enjoy the level of assignments alongside a full time role. You have to be committed to put in the hours.
I would have appreciated additional support. I completed my course during the lockdown and didn’t have any face to face tutorials. Most of the contents was self learning, researching and experience from my role.
