I have learned a great deal from working in this establishment as well as from this apprenticeship and a lot of it I wouldn’t have been able to do with out my apprenticeship trainer he was a great help and taught me so many things in my job and helped me develop my already existing skills
I fully enjoyed every step of this apprenticeship even the bits that felt like school but it was always something new to learn that was more interesting than the last and I would do it all again if I could tbh it was one of the best experiences I’ve been through so far in the hospitality world
Extremely well you always know what’s going on there’s always someone there willing to support you there extremely fast with things like results and getting back in contact could ask for a better structured apprenticeship program if I’m honest the only thing that could be made easier is accessing your resources for your course work
If I’m honest I didn’t receive much help but that was from no fault but my own too stubborn to ask everyone there was always willing and offering to help I couldn’t have ask for a more supportive team than the managers team leaders and fellow bar staff and kitchen staff they were all so amazing in the last year and a half
I couldn’t if asked for a better trainer than James he was amazing though the whole process without him I don’t think I would of even come close to finishing this apprenticeship let alone passing it he truly is amazing the way he coach’s his trainees what a pleasure it has been to be one of his students
I feel like this qualification has helped me a whole lot with my job role because I feel like I better understand everything more I can help customers a lot more with their requests now I have a better understanding of the businesses I’m working for and so much more
Personally where I work I think there a football team that all of the boy that work there have joined but that’s about it but we personally get along quite well so are a close net pub and do activities outside of work all the time together so it helps things run a lot more smoothly at work
Yes
