Running the shift. Making weekly schedule, providing quality, service and cleanliness to every customer and creating a feel good workplace

Very good. Allows me time off the floor to learn more and expand my knowledge that I can use and share with others
Very well, a few hiccups with changes of trainers but overall very well structured
Not much, only allowed time off the floor to meet with trainer, but no time paid to do work needed for the program

Work hard and well with others, there is lots you can get back from the company but you need to put in the work
