Assisting with various audits.
Communication, Decision making & Problem Solving.
Partially, too much admin involved.
External provider great, internal PQ team - not so.
Limited, other employers through discussions with friends at other firms, provide more study leave. The programme is very structured at not flexible to meet individual needs. In addition, my employer does not pay to send me to college for all exams, and self study is the chosen pathway.
The tuition is great when I get to college. Support out of hours is good, but takes a little time for the tutors to come back to you.
Not a great deal. FAR & AA, modules half way through my programme helped greatly, but other than that not particular due to the nature of audits I am involved in.
Yes, but limited due to the size. There are sports teams, but nothing really externally to be in sports leagues. The organisation of the extra curriculum could be better. No real opportunity to be involved in any professional networking events.
Yes
Because they are a large firm and you want to get a big firm in the first couple of years to open up doors down the line in the future.
