I am in a project delivery team, therefore my daily job included hosting meetings to make sure the projects are delivered on time, all the office managment is correct, and to make sure my own projects are implemented sucessfully
Yes, there are many courses available to you on the training central to develop skills such like excel, project etc, I have also developed my confidence and communication skills
I think I have been placed in a great role, I have settled in very well, and slowly but surely I am learning whe whole new world. I really enjoy the programme, we have a great network, great support and it has been structured very well when it comes to the educational side
I feel very valued, I am gaining more responsibility and trust as the days go by, my team are very appriciative of what I do for the team and depertment to make sure projects are delievered successfully
The programme is organised very well, there is a clear education ascpect where we have exams to pass and taskbooks to submit. The work side has been structured very well, everyone has a team and does a worthwile job
We receive a lot suport training provider, whether it is to do with the education or safeguarding of our well being. They are only an e-mail away and any other major issues can be discussed during the frequent face to face reviews
The support has been great, ranging from line to managers, senior managers or other colleagues. I have learnt that there isnt a thing as stupid question, and its best to ask than sit quiet and pretend you know it all. Because noone does and its the best way to learn
I live at home so the salary is sufficient, and obviously we are new to the company with no experience so cannot be paid any more. I feel it truely reflects our job, however for those who have relocated, I know it could have been more to cover the costs of living down in Bournemouth
There are many opportunities, I have recently signed up for a treaure hunt in London with work, also there are many well-being events set up, such as charity christmas present sorting, clearning out of a local heath, many walks and sport teams to mention to!
Yes
because it is a great place to work in, despite the fact it is such a huge business, everyone feels the sense of the community here, you are supported and you feel like you are making an impact every day to the daily state of the economy
Be confident, and be yourself
