I am responsible for the education and training of 200 staff and students. Each day I ensure the staff are compliant for mandatory training and the students from different healthcare background have access to the placement areas they need.
I have learnt so much on this apprenticeship, I feel I can use each day.
I really enjoyed the programme, it allowed me to gain skills and knowledge I would never had the opportunity to learn.
I feel the programme was very well structured, just COVID got in the way.
I did receive mentoring and time from my employer.
I did feel the training provider was really good with support.
I feel it has given me the confidence to look at things differently and make decisions I would never have done before.
