Organising contractors, scope of works, costs and leading project from start to end of properties in need of maintenance or redecoration both internally and externally.
Yes I am building on property knowledge and project management skills.
It's ok, enjoying it more now than at the start.
I would have to say the beginning of the course was not structured at all and very all over the place. Things have since settled down but can still be times of inconsistency.
Employer has been supportive in allowing me time to complete coursework.
Receive the training in classroom, so far so good.
At the moment because the course is still relatively new, it hasn't made a difference to my job role. I am hoping over the next term to incorporate it to my job role.
