Team member at KFC - Fully cross trained on all stations. Stocking, prepping chicken, handling raw food, handling cash, customer service, cleaning, food hygiene.
Learnt much more around hospitality in detail. Built communication skills while doing presentations and speaking for film.
It was okay.
It was organised well, always knew what needed to be done and when it needed to be completed by.
As much as was needed to complete the course.
The support received from the training provider was amazing.
Built so much more knowledge in me around what hospitality is and how to give our customers the greatest experience.
