I am enjoying it a lot, it is a new environment for me and I am enjoying this learning experience.
University side is very structured with set dates and times so I always know when what is to be completed, this mimics what I do at work
They are very supportive, I feel like they are looking out for me
Lots of support provided from the university, they have been very helpful and accommodating.
They are providing me with a lot of background knowledge that I can transfer into my role as when I started I had no prior knowledge so it is helping my workplace confidence.
We have team social days/ events and we have networking events as well across the UK.
Yes
It is a supportive environment with many benefits and plenty of opportunities for future development.
Be yourself! Nestle like individuals that can play to their strengths so don't be a fake version of yourself as once you begin working you can't hide it. Be confident and always push for more opportunities.
