I sell holidays and give recommendations to different places, I keep up to date with phone calls and emails, I follow up enquiries to see if there's anything more I can do, I have quality conversations about Holiday planning and foreign exchange
I am a lot more confident when talking to customers, taking phone calls and replying to emails, I can now use different booking sites
I enjoy it a lot as it is very varied
It's quite organised, I know what my targets are and what to expect
Every time I need help they'll help me and they keep me up to date with how I'm doing
It's easy to contact them and my portfolio system is easy to use
I know a lot more about different travel products and it's easier to keep up to date with everything going on
