  • I sell holidays and give recommendations to different places, I keep up to date with phone calls and emails, I follow up enquiries to see if there's anything more I can do, I have quality conversations about Holiday planning and foreign exchange

  • I am a lot more confident when talking to customers, taking phone calls and replying to emails, I can now use different booking sites
