I'm still on my first week of apprenticeship keen to learn new skills on management. I would like to improve my knowledge on how to manage team and how to look after my shop performance. At the moment I'm starting to develop skills related to team management and how to deal with different behaviour.
The program of my couse is very stimulating. It include video lessons and presentation to be read and watched as well as essay to be produced during my working hours as an analysis on my company. It will be really exited to do that and I will get to know much better the company I work for
The program is well organized. It has weekly and monthly task as well as lessons to be attended. My coach already explained how the course will be structured and the expectations they have. I would have like to have a kind of library where I could have get some material to go into detail of certain themes but my coach is well prepared on providing me with all I need
My employer supported me when I decided to apply for my apendiceship and provide lifetime with some reference about my skills and knowledge this help them to set my studyplan and let them understand what are at moment my knowledges and what my lackness. My company will support me during the course allowing me to access the data that will be useful for my essaysm
My training provider spent with me more than two hours that they have been very useful for them to know my qualifications and my knowledges. In this day I had to complete a self valutation about myself that it turned out to be a start point for what I should learn better
Of course there are some matter that when are discussed by professionals make you aware of the the real mean of them. Getting new examples can really help me to put my study and the experience I will do into my job text the effects and make a plan for future change. I will be less concern to take decisions and these will be affected by my knowledge instead of by my instinct
No ate the moment. But I will be more that keen to take part to networking event and social activities to share with other people from my company or other company our way to work and get some testimoniances. Extra curricular activities can be the funny part of the course when you take a break from your study and you reflect on your experiences.
