At JCT600, my role is to provide the services that our organisations sells to customers and get the customers booked in for any relevant work or queries that they may have in regards to their vehicle.
I have learnt a lot of new skills whilst working at JCT600, we have multiple systems that I have had to get an understanding of and I have had to learn what we as the organisation sell to the customers and what services we provide.
I've really enjoyed my time at JCT600 and I hope I can stay on after my apprenticeship as I have made a good relationship with my colleagues.
My programme is very organised and it has to be because we have so much to sell in the organisation and we have a lot of products and services that we offer so learning all these is pretty difficult which is why they are all separated so that you can see what parts are needed and what we as the company can offer.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, my manager especially is a big help as they provide me with the time that I need to complete my study work and they also give me time to reflect on that work and make improvements if required.
I receive a lot of help from my training provider as they give us deadlines that we have to meet which in turn I can make a schedule with my manager and make a plan of when we can get the work that has been set done.
I feel that my training with my tutor helps me as it gives me more of an understanding to what my role consists of and what I can do to make my customers experience better when booking with our organisation.
At JCT600 we have special events that we hold such as team competitions and charity events for our selected charities.
Yes
I feel that JCT600 has shown me a lot whilst I have been here, it given me confidence in talking to people over the phone and I feel that my friends and family would feel the same way if they were to start here.
There may be a lot to get your head round but in the long run it is a brilliant place to work with loads of amazing people that can help along the way.
