Working with the wider business as well as colleagues to manage P&L and WCAP movements. Reporting into FP&A and understanding the strategy and movements on a monthly basis.
Learning how to do P&L and WCAP reporting.
The programme itself is not massively enjoyable as the structure surrounding apprenticeships is cumbersome and somewhat unnecessary.
Some teething issues that Kaplan would not solve due to communication errors, plus other regulations brought in during the apprenticeship that was unforeseen.
Plenty of support from the business towards studying and learning.
Potential on critical thinking and the understanding of wider finance.

The people are fantastic to work with, the campus has everything you need and the benefits aren't too shabby.
Be your honest and unapologetic self. Authenticity is key, but also be an open communicator, don't be afraid to ask questions and be conversational.
