Leading a small team of staff to deliver a food retail store to customers. Activities include, cash management, replenishment, store management.
Developed communication skills as well as better knowledge surrounding Legal and Governance. Will allow me to hopefully run a store in the future.
Highly enjoyable.
Very structured, gives me a clear plan and scheme of work as well as activities to work towards to better develop my skillset.
Despite my manager knowing a little about the apprenticeship, they have been incredibly supportive.
Lots of support, regular meetings and reviews both one-to-one and with my manager.
Will allow me to work towards the next level of qualification to go into Area Management in the future.

Friendly colleagues, everyone feels they work as one instead of their different job roles. Great areas to develop newer colleagues.
