Roue planning and allocation to aid deliveries, Ensure full legal compliance of fleet and driver Cost efficiences and effectiveness of deparment. Reporting to Branch manager and Regional fleet director Responsible to maintain costs and reduce spend, but increase usuage of fleet within other areas of the business
New skills include use of google studios and google sheets, I have effiecvely trained my team on new systems within fleet - tranzaura. A project that I have introduced and have sole responsibiity for is the cross dock operation within south east and the incorporation of this as a BAU operation
I am learning new skills and have a better of understanding of how the DL can have an impact on my role and within the business
It is well organised, but I feel that i would prefer some classroom with indivuadls as oppossed to Zoom meetings. My learning style is I prefer practicality
my employer is extremely supportive and there are many other people on the same programme that I can call upon if required
They are very supportive if required, but again I prefer the old style of training, as I donot feel that it is personally suited to needs if there are any areas, that are not understood
I no have the ability nd confidence for better presenting and I am able to create my own reports better than previous.
There are opportunities within the business, but non directed at my own team. We are a small team, and sometimes feel that we are excluded from the wider company as we are a division that does not have financial gains within the business.
Yes
there is a good worklife balance, there are opportunites to progress ithin the company, and I believe that they invest in their staff Although there are many challenges, within my team, I feel that we are a small famil and supoprt each other
