Working with clients and auditors to help draft the financial statements of Limited companies.
Developed my knowledge of accounting, auditing, written and verbal communication skills working with clients and colleagues
The learning aspect is good and provides knowledge that is applicable to work.
Initially had some issues with organisation side from the early careers team and some confusion with the timings. However now it has improved and haven't had so many issues since.
I am provided with a decent of support and am given time off for college and provided with five study days a year to use at my discretion.
The tutors so far have been happy to help and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

I think that work life balance is definitely valued and support is offered by the managers, although this might vary dependent on the manager.
