    • I work as an audit trainee. This involves taking responsibility of audit testing on assigned financial statement areas, communicating with clients and working as part of an audit team.

    • I have developed my communication, organisation and technical finance skills within my role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I have really enjoyed the graduate experience as the intake has been large and sociable. It has also been beneficial to be on a structured scheme with a qualification.

    • The professional qualifications team are not very organised which can be difficult at time. However, there is clear and structured progression throughout the programme.

    • The employer provides average support.

    • We receive good teaching. However, the time taken to receive feedback and the quality of the feedback can be lacking.

    • The qualification has elements that really help to develop technical accounting knowledge. However, I believe most of my knowledge has come from on the job learning.
