I work as a marketing assistant, some of my key roles are helping with samples, the budget and brand related activities these can be in person events or online activities.
I have developed many new skills and continue to do so. Some of these include time management, communication, prioritisation and many others.
I really enjoy my programme, I learn a lot and there is a huge community of apprentices in the company I work for so I feel supported. I'm also able to get involved in many different things so I get to enjoy trying new things.
I feel my programme is very well structured/organised.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, my line manager is supportive of both my work for the company and my apprenticeship work.
My provider offers a lot of support.
My qualification offers insight on how companies work and why they work the way they do. This helps me better understand my job and helps me make better informed decisions in my role.
