Having access to excellent training opportunities. Weather it’s health & safety, sustainability, awareness courses or general training; its has been great to have that available to me A sea of networking opportunities with people working from a vast range of areas, out of and within the business Priceless knowledge that wouldn’t be obtainable unless, I physically saw the work being done and the crucial processes that happen behind the scenes of the public eye Genuinely feeling a sense of ‘the real world’ and how businesses operate on a regular basis Being responsible for my own projects from the ground up and seeing them being completed has been invaluable
