When started this course I did not know what is it about I have learnt a whole lot things that I can apply to my daily work and things that I pass on to co workers. Can't say that it has been easy going but each season you gain more confidence and knowledge.

I have learnt new skills each time I attended the course how to carry out a full risk assessment thing to do and not to, save a life before the course I would not be running to save or assist any one in or needed first aid assistance but now that is different.
