I shadow and then complete work on different placements within different HR departments. Working with multiple stakeholders.

I have really enjoyed my programme and feel I have developed in both a professional and personal capacity.
I have multiple support sources and mentors and can choose who I feel I require support from dependant on what I need.
Learning whilst working helps to provide wiser context to the work I’m doing and understand it better.
Yes. There are multiple graduate and apprentice networking groups which provide social activities and work opportunities

It is such a welcoming and supportive organisation. I feel that I am seen as a colleague instead of an apprentice with everyone I have met wanting me to succeed in my career
