Working within the Talent & Leadership Team to support with our apprenticeships and Leadership Development offering.
I'm early on in my apprenticeship, however I have started to learn about L&D theories and models which I think will greatly benefit me in my role.
I enjoy being able to learn at my own pace whilst still having the support of my learning coach.
There is a learning plan on the providers online platform which shows you the modules you are supposed to be completing and when.
My manager and colleagues are very supportive.
My skills coach is available if I need help and we always have a review meeting scheduled. There are also other support teams available from the provider.
Early days but I feel that the theoretical knowledge I am building will be really useful.
Yes there are various activities and events scheduled throughout the year.
