  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, i have learnt many new skills as well as developing many. The main new skill i have learnt is to have a questioning mindset. It is key to question everything you see in audit to fully understand the area of testing. An area that has developed is my skills with excel as that is a key programme used within the role

  • 9a. Would you recommend KPMG to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Its a great company to work for. The people you work with are amazing and i cant think of better teams that i would like to be in. The opportunities for progression within the company are really good or external opportunities once you qualify from the apprenticeship. You will have many opportunities which ever route you wish to take.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
  • When you join, show how keen and willing you are to learn and improve. This will be noticed and you will be very surprised how steep the learning curve in the job is. 3 years ago when i joined, i had no clue how my life would change, in a positive way, as a result of joining KPMG.
