  • I manage the front counter sales and the workshop back counter. I also manage the stock checking perpetuals.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt team leading skills and better customer service skills. I have also learnt howto deal with good and hard customers. I have also learnt how to deal with customer complaints and who they need to be directed to.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my apprenticeship and i believe this is helped by having an amazing tutor and manager who both support me with any questions i have.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • my apprenticeship is really well organised by my tutor who gives me set tasks instead of giving me all the tasks to do at once. I am also shown my progress when i have my meeting with her every 4-6 weeks. From this i am able to finish 6 months before planned.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • my manager and team have been there at all times. If i have any questions regarding my course work they are dealt with straight away or i am advised.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor goes above and beyond to help me with getting the best grade possible. From her amazing work i am due to finish my apprenticeship 6 months before planned.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe this qualification will help me reach my next role which will hopefully be a supervisor.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Motus hold various events through out the year. The latest one was completing the 3 peaks challenge all for charity.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Within Motus there is continues training to be done and a brilliant management team. There are also a lot of progression opportunities.
