In my day to day job I delegate myself and co workers jobs that will need doing throughout the day in the pub I also often relay information between the kitchen staff and front of house such as stock and allergies
I learnt many new skills and developed existing such as the importance of compromising as well as a better understanding of the leadership and management styles that can be used in my day to day job
I very much enjoyed however the travel time is quite extensive
Very well structured and interactive which makes the session more enjoyable
Lunch was provided and fuel is reimbursed
A lot of support as these days further develop learning
As it gives a better understanding and examples of leading which is very important in my role
