Human Resources and various different roles within different teams and working with central functions to produce results.
Developed old and new skills such as presentation skills, collaboration work, delivering long-term projects, communication, delivering training, core skills being delivered to develop strategy. Responsible for projects and aid in important company-wide projects.
I enjoy it a lot as it has given me the opportunity to grow and develop in key areas that I may have hidden away from before as I wasn't as confident in exploring those.
The programme is well organised and structured and is overseen by the Talent team, the Learning and Development Team as well as there being a specific early careers manager.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
Receive a good amount of support and am given time to work on my qualification whilst at work.
It helps me as I can put that learning into real-world practice.
