Firstly, I tidy up for 20-30 minutes as soon as I am in my overalls. After this I am given various tasks to carry out on HGV’s and tasks for the workshop.
I have learned how to operate an HGV and carry out tasks to repair them. I have learned and have got in-house training on a scissor lift and a forklift.
I enjoy it a lot, I learn new things every day which makes it a lot more enjoyable.
It is very well organised and structured.
I receive however much support I require.
I receive lots of support from my training provider.
It helps me perform better because I learn new things or how to do things correctly.
I am not sure.
Yes
It’s a very rewarding and educating company to new people, great people work at motus and is overall a nice place to be.
Be prepared for hard work and sometimes being given jobs you may not want. At the end of the day all the work done allows the business to move forward.
