Within my role, I ensure that all customers are receiving their orders in and a quick, accurate and efficient way, i pack the orders, take the orders and help out wherever is needed
Ive learned better communication and organisation skills as i am able to talk to a customer fluidly whereas at the start this was something i was not the best
I enjoy coming into work seeing the people ive developed friendships with which has been a key point to enjoying what i do, although their are some aspects which i am not too fond of
ITs decently structed as my tutor is a very good help with everything, however i find most of it hard to follow and it mostly just seems like a job.
I receive some support
I receive quite abit of support as he always ensures that i am up to date and feeling well
I believe doing the work practically has helped me alot more in understanding
